2- The Fashion-
For fashion lovers, shopping along 5th avenue is a true adventure. whether you searching for labels, souvenirs or housewares, you can find everything here. it most certainly the best shopping that the city has to offer ( well...at least for me ). Don't miss: Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Bergdorf Goodman, Apple Store, Manolo Blahnik, Tiffany and Co (grab a breakfast there, :)), Saks fifth avenue, Barneys, Victoria's Secret,Small vintage shops which are in every corner in New York and many many endless stores . As a fashionista that has a true Pasionista ( lol ) for fashion New York is my ultimate favorite fashion city. for me it's the Mecca of fashion.
Tip: if you're traveling in September or February, don't miss the excitement of fashion week by Mercedes Benz.

3- The Musicals & Times Square-
There isn't more New York than times square (New Yorker's will argue with me about that):
The hot dog and pretzels standings in every corner, huge billboards, theaters, shops, the noise,
Here- the city never sleeps. A small part of it but with huge impact is Broadway and My ultimate favorite cultural activity is to see musicals, love everything about that- the music, the stories , the dressing up nicely, the beautiful theaters, the acting and dancing and the actual feeling like you're inside the story.Times Square is a must see place in Manhattan and exactly what you expect from her, crowded, exciting, touristy, bright and alive !

4-Culture: Museums, Exhibitions & Music-
Real experiences are not measured in money but with Curiosity to learn, absorb and understand.
1-There are many museums in New York- Museums in art, architecture, photography, natural history, television, radio and technology *American Museum of Natural History is a must see place.
Tip! if you chose to come an hour before closing, the entrance is for free. Every Museum has special exhibition for a certain period of time, to enter the special exhibitions you will need to pay extra in addition to your ticket. chose your exhibitions in advance and purchase them at the entrance.
2-New York public library is a combination of amazing architecture and great love stories, it's a must visit place in Manhattan, enter quietly and explore, chose a book and fall in love.
3-New York Music- New York is a walking inspiration for musicians,it is a home for all genres such as jazz, rock and the blues, as well as classical and art music, it's also the birthplace of Salsa music, hip hop, punk rock and many other styles.what don't you have here, Jazz Clubs, Small Pubs with shows, Big Concerts, Street music. no wonder that so many songs were written about this city.

5- The  Neighborhoods-
New York has a lot of great  Neighborhoods that you can visit and live it's spirit- Tribeca and Soho are known by their stylish people, famous celebrities. The area offers the best restaurants along Hudson and Greenwich streets. Soho was known by her artistic legacy, and you can still find art in this neighborhood. if you ask yourself where all the galleries went? well...they have relocated themselves to Chelsea. when i was in Chelsea i found peace, it was very homey ,the atmosphere that it had was enjoyable and i could really understand why people moved theirs galleries (expect the cheaper rent). Chelsea indeed is a must see if you love art or just want some quiet from all the city noise.Chinatown is a very ethnic neighborhood one might say, and canal street is one of the busiest streets in Chinatown. you can find there a lot of stores, markets, Chinese graffiti, fake famous bags and accessories  (which was very fun to see) .as you enter to Chinatown you can get the feeling that you entered a different continent, it seemed like something always happening over there , you definitely won't get bored .as Chinatown community continues to grow it merges with near neighbors like little Italy, one of the most fun food neighborhoods in the city. take a walk along mulberry street which is full of Italian restaurants and have yourself an Italian experience. The East Village and the West Village are must visit too. Greenwich village made me feel like I escaped New York and came to Europe especially because off all the bohemian houses that decorated the place. the west village became very famous over the years because of his famous residents too. if you want to go to a great bar, than you should come to the east village, you won't lack it, we went to "pianos" and had a great time. east village has changed a lot over the years and now contains a high living standard filled with great night life, shopping  and restaurants. many more neighborhoods are on the list that you can visit, Union Square which has famous Monuments (George Washington, Gandhi). Gramercy park ( between east 20th  and 21 st' is one of the city's prettiest squares). Broadway ( which was mentioned above). It's amazing how every neighborhood has it's own special spirit and just by walking through Manhattan streets,  you can learn so much about people, culture and the universe.

The Famous Must See NY Monuments are the Statue of Liberty, 911 Memorial ( next to it is the new world trade center ) in order to see the statue of liberty you would need to take a fairy from Battery Park , you can chose to stop and climb up the statue or continue to the Ellis Island.
The 911 memorial is a tribute to the lives of those who died and lost in the terrorist attack in September 11, 2001.

10-The Inner Feeling-
It was in 2007,my first visit to NYC. I got to the grand central station at 89 E 42nd Street,
I looked up and felt this enormous wind on my face, imminently I knew-I belong here.my life has changed since then, the next few years i tried to understand what was in this city that hooked me up but no matter what answers i found it never was as simple as I belong here. Maybe it will happen now or in a few years, Me and New York City will be reunited.
